Responsibilities
Work with Subject Matter Experts to translate customer needs into infrastructure solutions
Support analysis and documentation of customer requirements to create standardized IT infrastructure solutions
Help manage lifecycle, obsolescence, and security of IT components
Experience / Know how
Strong IT infrastructure background (servers, Linux, networking, security)
Interest in presales or technical consulting
Good documentation skills and attention to detail
Willing to be based in Iloilo
