Airnav

Academy

AIRNAV Academy is our structured development platform that builds the next generation of engineers—from early academic engagement to full engineering readiness.

By combining university partnerships, hands-on development programs, and continuous learning opportunities, the Academy bridges academic knowledge with real-world application—supporting engineers at different stages of their careers and preparing them for roles in safety‑critical systems.

Talent Development

The Workforce Integration for Next‑Generation System Engineers (WINGS) program is AIRNAV’s flagship development initiative, designed to prepare graduates and early‑career engineers for system engineering roles in safety‑critical systems.

The program combines structured learning with hands‑on experience, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real‑world application. Participants are introduced to engineering processes, system environments, and industry practices—building both technical capability and practical understanding from the start.

Through guided development and progressive responsibilities, WINGS develops a pipeline of engineers equipped with the skills, experience, and readiness to transition into full engineering roles within the company.

Academic Partnerships

AIRNAV Academy works closely with academic institutions to build early exposure to system engineering and prepare students for industry roles. Through partnerships with universities, we engage with students through internships, technical seminars, and industry presentations aligned with real engineering work.

These initiatives provide students with practical insights into system engineering, complementing academic learning with exposure to real-world applications and professional practices. Internships are designed to go beyond observation—offering hands-on experience in engineering environments, mentored by experienced AIRNAV engineers.

Upskilling & Certification Programs

AIRNAV Academy supports continuous learning through a combination of curated learning resources, certification pathways, and hands-on environments. Engineers are provided access to technical learning platforms, supported in pursuing industry certifications, and given opportunities to apply their knowledge in practical settings.

This is complemented by the development of dedicated training infrastructure, including laboratory environments that simulate real system deployments—enabling engineers to build and refine their skills through hands-on experience
